However, in case it does turn out that you’re not completely satisfied with one of our products, here are our refund policies for each one.
Expert Counselling Refund Policy
When you sign up for Expert Counselling, you immediately gain access to a whole library of information much of which is only available to active Expert Counselling members. You also gain access to downloadable tools and a very active community of members who openly share their experiences.
Because of the nature of the Product, we can’t provide refunds for Expert Counselling.
No partial refunds are given should you terminate a subscription before your renewal date; however you will retain access to Expert Counselling until the end of your payment term.
Protecting You as a Member
In the early days of Expert Counselling, we did often give refunds when a member wasn’t fully satisfied.
However, we learned quickly that there were many people who were accessing Expert Counselling, downloading the tools, watching the content, and even scouring the community for sensitive information shared by other Expert Counselling members, only to request a refund.
Because members of Expert Counselling gain the most value when they are open about their projects in the community, we just can’t allow that kind of behavior to happen. This policy protects Expert Counselling members by keeping out those people who would take advantage of others.
So we’ve gone above and beyond to make it really clear exactly how Expert Counselling works and what’s in it so you won’t have any bad surprises (only really good ones) when you sign up.
What to Do if You’re in Expert Counselling and Aren’t Satisfied
We’ve discovered that there is very rarely an issue for a Expert Counselling member that we can’t solve with a little communication. Here are some guidelines for getting the help you need if you’re having trouble with any aspect of Expert Counselling.
If you’re having trouble with building your site or channel, or you’re struggling to implement something taught in Expert Counselling, start by posting about it in the Expert Counselling community. Jim, Ricky, Nathan, and Carissa are all active participants as are many other Expert Counselling members and we’re all very eager to help you succeed!
If there’s something you think is unclear or inadequately covered in the Expert Counselling course materials or tools, send a private message or tag @njaydelotte in the Expert Counselling community.
For any other question, such as billing, access to Expert Counselling resources, or subscribing to the podcast, send a private message to @admissionpartner-carissa in the Expert Counselling community, or reach out to her using the support email address provided to Expert Counselling members.
Exception to this Policy
The Expert Counselling return policy applies to new signups as well a renewals. However, if a members forgets or neglects to cancel their account prior to renewal, we will gladly cancel their account and refund their renewal fee as long as they request it in writing within 30 days of their renewal date.
